It was at the young age of 16 when Kamlesh Hemdev stepped into the family business. A stickler for perfection, he had hands-on knowledge about jewellery that prompted him to learn diamond sorting in Surat. With a vision for the company, he started trading in diamonds at the young age of 22 and worked hard to make his dreams come true.
Under Kamlesh's supervision the brands's top quality diamonds and intricate craftsmanship help Ghanasingh Fine Jewels to cater to a wide range of jewellery and live upto the expectations set by his grandfather.

KAUSHIKA HEMDEV

Her dynamic and progressive vision has been instrumental in making some strategic decisions for Ghanasingh Fine Jewels. With her excellent communication skills she has established sustainable relationships over the years, which is the key to drive any business to a dynamic level. Being a resourceful person she has the ability to develop and strengthen a team and maximize efficiency.
She is the Co-Chairperson of IMC Ladies Wing which gives her the opportunity to empower women entrepreneurs and help uplift their lives. She also extensively lends her support to NGOs and Spiritual organizations to make a difference in the lives of the underprivileged.

HARSH HEMDEV & KARAN HEMDEV

Succeeding Mr. Kamlesh Hemdev are his 2 sons Harsh & Karan Hemdev who have been inspired by his aspiration and dedication leading them to join the family business as well.
Being a student of HR College and after achieving his Masters Degree in International Management from King's College London, Harsh Hemdev has managed to develop the right business mind required to be a successful entrepreneur.
After coming back from his further education, Harsh has trained with different factories, where he has learned the story of diamonds from scratch i.e. right from the rough diamonds that come from mines to manufacturing them into polished diamonds.
These crucial months spent in different factories along with spending time with his father in the retail store, has helped him get a good grip of the industry as a whole.
Whereas, Karan Hemdev who is still completing his education, has been a great support and influence as well for this renowned brand. He too aims to pursue the same path of training and experience before joining his family firm. The futuristic generation aim to take the company to greater levels with their new thought processes, methods & strategies, keeping in mind the changing trends today.
